CAPABILITIES
What we build
HOW A BOARD IS BUILT
Inspected at every step, tested before it ships
1. Paste
Solder paste printed and inspected in 3D before a part is placed.
2. Place
Surface mount parts placed from reels with vision alignment.
3. Reflow and inspect
Reflowed under a profile set for the board, then automated optical inspection.
4. Through-hole
Selective soldering and hand assembly for connectors and power parts.
5. Test
Functional test on a fixture built for the board, results logged per serial.
6. Box build
Firmware, enclosure, cables and labels, shipped as finished product.
Machines check before people do
The lines place surface mount parts down to the smallest packages, with paste inspection before reflow and automated optical inspection after. Through-hole, conformal coating and cable assembly sit alongside, and every board is functionally tested on a fixture built for it before it ships.
- 3D paste inspection
- Automated optical inspection
- X-ray for hidden joints

Traceable to the part
We take a bill of materials and a set of Gerbers and give you back working product in a box, with the traceability to say which lot every part came from. Prototypes run on the same lines as production, so the second build is the same as the first.
- Lot and supplier per part per serial
- Test results logged
- Same lines for prototype and volume
MARKETS
Who we build for
Controllers, sensors and power boards for equipment that runs for years in hard places.
Devices and instruments built with the records, controls and traceability regulated work needs.
Low-power boards with radios and batteries, built and tested in volume.
Prototype builds that carry straight into production on the same lines.
FROM CUSTOMERS
What hardware teams say
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.
Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.
Testimonials work best when they name the problem that was solved. Leave the wording as close to how it was said as you can.
Have a board to build?
Send the Gerbers and BOM. We will review them for manufacturability and quote.
- Prototype to production
- Functional test every board
- Box build and firmware
