Yes. Most customers have us source and kit. Consigned parts are fine as well, and we check them in the same way.
Yes, on the same lines as production. Quick-turn builds of five to fifty boards are a normal job, and the process carries straight into volume.
Solder paste inspection before reflow, automated optical inspection after, X-ray where packages need it, and a functional test on every board before it ships.
