Prototype to production
The first five boards are built the same way as the next five thousand
So nothing changes when you scale.
THE PATH
From first build to volume
Week 1
Design review
Gerbers and BOM reviewed for manufacturability; long-lead parts flagged.
Weeks 2 to 3
Prototype build
Five to fifty boards built on the production line, with your review of the first.
Week 4
Test fixture
Functional test designed and built while you validate the prototypes.
Weeks 5 to 8
Pilot run
A few hundred boards through the full process, yields reviewed.
Ongoing
Production
Scheduled lots, kitted parts, results logged per serial.
What you get at each step
- A manufacturability report with suggested changes
- Photos and inspection results of the first build
- A test spec and fixture you own
- Yield and defect data from the pilot run
- A parts risk list with alternates before volume
From teams who scaled here
A short quote from a happy client belongs here. Two or three sentences is usually enough to make the point without losing the reader.

Replace this with something a real customer said. Specific praise reads better than a general compliment, so keep whatever detail they gave you.

Testimonials work best when they name the problem that was solved. Leave the wording as close to how it was said as you can.
