Gerbers, a bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, assembly drawings, and the quantity and target date. If you have a test spec, send that too.
Yes. Most customers have us source and kit. Consigned parts are fine as well, and we check them in the same way.
Yes, on the same lines as production. Quick-turn builds of five to fifty boards are a normal job, and the process carries straight into volume.
Solder paste inspection before reflow, automated optical inspection after, X-ray where packages need it, and a functional test on every board before it ships.
